° 2 Teelöffel Joghurt und 2 Teelöffel Honig
° eine Schüssel
° einen Löffel
1. Wasche Dein Gesicht. Dein Gesicht sollte sauber und frei von jeglichem Make Up sein.
2. Vermische Joghurt und Honig in der Schüssel und verrühre sie, bis sie gut miteinander vermischt sind.
3. Füge zwei Tropfen Zitronensaft hinzu.
4. Verteile eine dünne Schicht der Mixtur auf Deinem Gesicht. Achte darauf, sie gleichmäßig zu verteilen.
5. Lasse die Maske für 15 bis 20 Minuten auf dem Gesicht. Entferne sie dann mit Wasser.
